RACHEL KATZ COACHING
About Me

I am a certified ACC coach who is passionate about guiding clients to uncover the limitless possibilities that await them on their life’s journey. Using evidence-based coaching tools, deep listening, curiosity and compassion, I am committed to creating a partnership and discovering what you truly want in this one precious life! We will reconnect with your inner voice and leader, explore your authentic life purpose, identify core values, and challenge the old habits and patterns that no longer serve you and who you are becoming. Accountability and check-in support will help keep you on track as we begin to realize your goals and dreams, both large and small. Coaching will reveal where you might be feeling “stuck” and offer you the tools to help shift into new, fresh perspectives that will help improve stress management, work/life balance, and overall happiness and fulfillment, both personally and professionally. Using a holistic approach (mind, body and spirit), clients begin to feel more confident, whole and inspired to say goodbye to the limiting beliefs that keep them small. My clients range from young adults, to adult professionals, and those entering the retirement years. I also work with neurodivergent adults and parents of children and teens with diagnosed learning differences including ADHD and other mental health challenges. I am grief-certified and support clients as they navigate this difficult road. Life should not feel like it’s just passing us by. Coaching is a proactive way to level up and grow the life you truly deserve. And you deserve it all!

TESTIMONIALS

“When I started working with Rachel I was standing right at the edge
of creating my dream career and lifestyle, dipping my toe in and out,
back and forth. I was not confident enough to dive in. Rachel asked
me a series of questions about myself, all very easy for me to answer
and with great passion . What I didn’t know was that those answers would
serve as a map for charting my course. Rachel told me that the voice I was
speaking with was my inner leader and we would be leaning into that voice
as we go. Well, we did ,and each time I was hesitant or doubtful, Rachel
stayed close enough to hear the voice of the saboteur, the anti-leader and
remind me of who was in control. Rachel has become a compass for me.
She is confident, has my best interests at heart and is holding the floor
steady when I want to turn back. She makes me responsible for hearing the
call and taking each step forward. If you are ready to make a change in your life,
Rachel will not only ‘have your back’ but will also help you guide your own
path forward. I’m grateful to call Rachel my coach.”

Rachel’s genius is you feel like you are speaking to a friend and yet she
helped me construct a solid action orientated plan. In little less than a week,
I had knocked off three of my five new goals. I am doing things I never knew I still
had left in me. I don’t know if I would have had the courage had Rachel not
encouraged me to step up and be authentic.

"In times of stress, the best thing we can do for each other is to listen with
our ears and our hearts and to be assured that our questions are just as important
as our answers. " This quote perfectly sums up my experience being coached by Rachel Katz.
She is always listening with her ears and heart and asks the key questions to help guide
me to the answers I need to find inside of myself
